My close friend took me to this shop and she has taken multiple of her other friends here also but we had went to return shoes she got that she had only worn once and they broke the very first day she wore them. We tried to return them or at least get store credit on July 29th and the lady working there said she couldn’t since they have a 10 day return policy and it was past 10 days, and that is completely understandable and not why I will be giving them one star. The lady who was working (she had short blonde hair and did not give us her name) was extremely rude during the whole entire process even though my friend was being completely understanding over the situation and just trying to figure out what she could do. The lady working was extremely condescending towards her and had a horrible attitude the whole time despite my friend being friendly throughout the whole entire interaction. I would not recommend shopping here if you want to be treated with respect. My friend has been shopping here for a while and loves this store but because of this ladies horrible customer service we will no longer be shopping here and i’d advise everyone else to do the same. This is not how your customers should ever be treated when they are being nothing but kind and understanding...

I had an unpleasant experience here. The Assistant is rude & doesn't know her materials. I looked at a dress which was $179. I wanted to know which material it was made of, for $179! Polyester and Rayon blend.. the Assistant tried to sell it to me by saying Oh this is good material for down here. I said, "Um well it's not great actually, your skin can't breathe in it", but i said it nicely, not meanly. Rayon and polyester are man made fibers, your skin doesn't BREATHE in them. As I walked out, she said to a customer loudly, "Some people have to be know-it-alls!". Sorry I corrected her, but I wasn't going to be fobbed off with a cheap dress made of rayon & polyester. Obviously I'll not go back to...

This is my new favorite shop to spend time in. Everything is truly beautiful. The variety in this shop is amazing. I can’t wait to go back. I met the owner and her saleswoman (sorry I cannot remember her name). These women are a great team. They are so very pleasant and helpful. So many beautiful lines of clothing and shoes. I purchased two beautiful dresses, shoes and two wristlets for each of my daughters. Beautiful shop!...
