Harbor Freight — Local services in Vernal

I will I will not be shopping there again. Horrible customer service and people skills. I went there to buy a $500.00 chipper shredder. An employee walked up to me and asked me if I chewed tobacco. I told him that was not really any of his business and wanted to know why he asked. He told me that If I chewed I needed to leave the store, because that was not allowed in their store. It amazed me that the store would allow an employee to make assumptions of something that I did not do and be that unprofessional. I am working on a project and within the last month I have spent close to $1,000.00 at their store. I will NOT be doing that again. And people wonder why local basin businesses fail. Harbor Freight Tools has a huge selection of tools and accessories for almost any job, and many of their tools are comparable to some of the name brands. I have purchased tools there that are identical to the big box store well known brands, but always at a deeper discount.

Update; Harbor Freight never cease to amaze me. I had purchased a motorcycle back in August and Harbor Freight has me covered for motorcycle maintenance as well, such as a wheel chock and motorcycle stand, plus oil change and maintenance...

I had a picture, item number etc. I tried finding it and asked for help again. They pointed and stood and talked to each other. So I looked again and they watched.
