We have been buying from Western Living for over a decade. Each experience Jared and the Western Living crew treat us well and listen to what we want. I have never felt pressured to buy anything and I'm very pleased with the quality of product we have received each time.

Only one did we have issues with a couch we bought BUT Jared got us taken care of. He had our couch hand sewn locally and it has held very well and looks great.

I purchased a mattress from Western Living, after a week, I realized I had made a mistake in the one that I had choose. I was feeling sick about it because I had paid a lot for the mattress. I contact them and explained my issue.(to soft). I was told that Beauty Rest did not have a comfort guarantee but they would exchange it. They promptly picked up the mattress and once the new mattress was delivered they refunded me the difference right away. There customer service is above and beyond.
