I wish I could give this place 0 stars Jessica and Abby are the most rude and unknowledgable piercers I have litterally ever been to. I have waited to post a review because I thought it might've been a one time mess up but obviously it was not. Jessica pierced my right side ear and then she had her daughter who was very obviously untrained at the time pierce my left. She went in at the wrong angle and the piercing was pieced more vertical than horizontal and my earring was sticking up all crooked and I asked her what was wrong with it and they said it was due to immediately swelling. I contacted her several times in the weeks following about it and they said to just keep it in and wait till the swelling went down for the next 3 months. Since they were the "professional piercers" I trusted the process.I ended up going into horshoe tattoo to have another piercer look at it and they confirmed with me that it was completely done wrong and that I needed to take it out and wait until it heals to get it repierced. I have now waited 2 years to finally have it healed so I could go get it repierced. I had a friend get a piercing done by Jessica and it ended up getting infected, she reached out to Jessica for a refund due to her having to go to the doctors and get antibiotics. She was extremely rude about it and refused a refund. She even included arrogant laughing emojis and used foul language. This is the most unprofessional business to get any body work done by. Do NOT get a tattoo from "Abby". Heavy handed and will definitely get infected then will say it's "up to the customer to maintain the tattoo". Pay someone with the experience and remember it's permanent. We'll be having someone fix this atrocious "art" after it heals.. but first we have to go to the Dr because of how bad this tattoo is we can no longer leave this alone. Very hard to arrange for an appointment. I reached out several times via phone call/txt and even Facebook I did not receive a prompt response it took a week for me to get a response.
