Coco's Consignment — Local services in Vero Beach

Several months ago, my friend brought several pairs of Ferragamo's to Coco's for resale. They didn't fit her and two were unworn and the other only worn once. When she went back after 90 days to pick them up, she found out they had sold one of the unworn ones and returned to her the one pair worn only once. The third pair were missing, but Gloria (the owner) had assured her that they would be found and she would check into it. While my friend was there, another woman was picking up her items and they couldn't find one of her items either! Anyways, after two weeks, the owner still hasn't found them and says she's not responsible for theft! My friend said there were cameras all over the place, but the owner acted like she didn't care and told her to go ahead and file a police report. Is it a coincidence that when she dropped them off, an employee remarked to her that she wore the same size shoe that she was bringing in? If you want to shop here, go ahead; however, if you want to sell your fine clothes, don't expect Coco's Consignment to take care of them while there. They really do not care what happens to what...

Walked into this store to shop for shoes and handbags with a group of girlfriends. Nice stuff, a bit pricey for consignment but still nice. Headed to the back to look at shoes when the manager/owner/salesperson, she never introduced herself, came out of the back room, looked me up and down and said "we might have some things in your size, you just have to look at the ends of the racks." I love Coco’s and find Linda to be very helpful and pleasant. The store and merchandise is always clean and fresh; which is not necessarily the case in the consignment world. I appreciate quality items from labels I cannot afford being available in such pristine condition, many with the labels still attached. I check in at Coco’s every chance I get....
