Yes their prices are a bit elevated, but that is what you can expect when you are getting nothing but the highest quality in materials and craftsmanship. No other jewelry store in the mall can compare to them as far as customer service, warranty, & product quality at this location and any other DRJ location. They are always very friendly and extremely willing to work with customers and help them get the best possible deal for both parties. The store manager Karina, at this location is simply just the best. She DEFINITELY deserves a raise. Wow amazing customer service! I went to a different jewelry place across them at first and I felt pressured and a bit uncomfortable to be quite honest but at Don Robertos my experience was amazing. They were very patient and all the girls were super nice!! Cassandra helped us pick out our wedding bands and ring. Will definitely not be coming back to this place. I bought two sets of earrings in this place. I made sure my payments were in auto-pay I provided all my information to make sure it was taken care of. Two months later they report missing payments said they never took anything down for payments. Horrible customer service, it took them more than 20 minutes to provide me with corp number to get assisted. They do this so you can pay more with interest. they say they have you in auto pay but once you miss two or more payments the interest accrues and will be paying the interest of the total amount of purchase at the end.
