What a great experience from the moment I walked in until I left!

I called 20 min prior to closing and asked if I can place a phone order because it was not letting me order online and the lady that answered said no, which other employees have done before. I got there 9 minutes prior to closing and no one was helping us. She then came from the back and she said I couldn't order smoothies because there was 5 minutes left to close, one she could ve told me over the phone when I called so I wouldn't drive there and anyone should be able to order all the way until closing or it should be noted on their website. I love awake, but this time around when I went in the worker there was getting ready to go on her break and the one that was supposed to be coming back in to work was sitting down arguing with some guy. When she entered back into the work space she did not wash her hands nor did she put her hair up. She made my smoothie and when she went to get the fruit from the freezer she bent all the way down while her hair went into the freezer as well. That is just simply unsanitary and they should be made to wear hairnets while working with food and to always wash their hands when coming back into...
