RACIST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Went here for YEARS. A friend of mine, a person of color, came with me and says she was followed around the store. After checking out we walked around the mall and after walking past the store a woman runs out and demands we give back stuff we stole (no one took anything) we asked to see the cameras she took us back and said there wasn’t a good angle mind you she was cussing and being rude the entire time. She called security and had him look in our bags, & they didn’t find anything. She changed the story to say said we must have hid it in the mall ( logic where ?? ) She also at one point changed her story to say my friend slipped it into my bag. Like yeah we had this whole plan to steal your three dollar items FOR CONTEXT WE BOUGHT TWO OF THE SAME ITEM, GIRL BE SO FOR REAL.

She also said we were being ‘suspicious from the start.’ When my friend asked what that was supposed to mean she said we “circled the store” You mean like every shopper in every store ever ?? She also said when I was looking for my id at check out we were “fidgeting” ( apparently that equals stealing in her mind ) She said we were banned but I hope no one supports a business like this. Absolutely unprompted behavior and it’s so bad because we didn’t take anything and she got embarrassed so she...

I asked about a item they had but I was unable to find the price so when I asked I was told the item was 55-56$ and then when they went to cash me out the item price was wrong and when I mentioned well you told me this the lady rudely says well that’s what she said !!! Well in my retail experience working it and being a customer the price you say is the price that’s on you for not checking before hand!!! Worst...

Love shopping at Spencers but every time we come in theres a strange guy at the entrance on his phone , giving dirty looks to customers and is very rude. Won't be coming back, because he makes my family feel uncomfortable...
