What a great find! Needed to have one of my watches taken care of, and walked into a local watch dealer of the highest category - competent, friendly, knowledgable. The links were added within minutes, the owner patiently answering my questions about a certain Rolex I am in the market for. They aren't pushing product, they are representing a leading brand in a really competent way. Why would anyone buy their expensive watches in the city, where you, bar a few exceptions, will be serviced by sub-par staff?
