Haagen Dazs — Restaurant in Village of Scarsdale

I’ve been to this store many times and noticed that the ice cream is not stored properly. I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking it was the heat one day but after trying it multiple times even in the store (right after having the ice cream handed to me) they serve it very melty and it’s such a shame this area only has this place to get a treat in. Also noticed that the place is really dirty inside, by dirty I mean they do not seem to deep clean. The sides of the ice cream machines are covered in grime and look like they’ve never been cleaned and the floors always look like they don’t really clean much either. The one and only place to buy ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet and cakes as well as sundaes and shakes is Haagen-Das on Spencer Place in Scarsdale Village. AVOID!!! Super rude male staff, no greeting no service. Even yelled at me because I asked how to operate on the “Häagen-Dazs Dazs” app. He talks with zero manner and calls people “hey can’t you do this don’t you know that don’t touch this don’t do that, can’t you get it?” I’ve never met someone this rude in our town.
