My fiancĆ© and I went to the store Thrusday morning to purchase a sofa set we had seen previously. Glori assisted us with the purchase. We had ask if it was possible to take it the same day and she said no do to the sofa being in the wear house and that they only sell fresh new one (exactly what we wanted and fresh new sofa) which is understandable. We agreed on having the sofa delivered that upcoming Sunday 12pm-3pm. She said that if we provided the store with a good review (which I did) they would discount the delivery. After that we paid for the sofa set and she said the the printer wasnāt working to provide us with the paperwork but that they would give them to me when they deliver the sofa. Once all that was done we left the store. The next day I receive a call from Glori saying that canāt deliver in the date agreed but they could do it Saturday and to also pick out a FREE rug since the sofa we purchased is the last one (meaning they where going to deliver the one that has been in the store for months and everyone thatās been there has sat in it). I told her thatās not what we agreed on. That we made a purchase of a new sofa not the one they had as a model in store, and that due to that I wanted my refund. She tried to avoid the refund buy saying that thatās against the contact (which I never signed any contract) and I said well at time of purchase we paid for a new sofa not a store model. Then she offered another set which we we didnāt want do to only liking the one we went to purchase. Point is they said they will tell the manager about the situation and that we want a refund and would call me Monday. Monday arrived and no call so I called them a Gentleman answered and said that yes Glori had told him about the situation and that he spoke to his manager and they where waiting for him to come to the store to do the refund. I asked when he would be there he said Tuesday (Today). I said Okai so I will get a call tomorrow in regards to my refund he said yes. Now today is Tuesday and I had no call all day so I decided to call. The gentleman answered again he said that the manager said yes heās going to do the refund but to keep in mind that it will take a few days to a week for it to clear on my bank account (which is fine with me) so I asked him āthen he did the refund already?ā He answered back with āI donāt know maybe he did, I donāt knowā I told him this is getting really frustrating due to them being unprofessional, unorganized and uninformed.
Iām honestly so disappointed with this whole situation and wonāt be doing any business with them nor recommending them.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love the dinningroom set i bought but the delivery service guys r very pleasant what I did not appreciate is when it came time for my delivery 1st they bought the wrong table 2nd they consistently lied about my delivery I would have been ok with it if the store would have been honest with me and said because I live almost an hr away I would be the last delivery so my day would not have been waisted but for 3 days it went from we are going to deliver around 5 or 6pm we was ok with this to get a phone call around 8pm that they couldn't deliver until the morning and I would be the 1st delivery that ended up be around 3pm so that waisted day 2 for me and when they delivered my dinningroom set it was wrong one so now they had to take it back and bring the right one so I was told we r sorry it's not a problem we will come tomorrow with the correct one the drivers will leave around 11am to bring ur set so my husband I plan our day again to be home for the delivery it never showed up until 6pm called the store several times and was consistently told they r on there way so another day waisted and for all of this if they could have just been honest about the delivery I would have been ok do you think the store would offer me a credit or a partial refund no I don't think I would be doing there white glove service ever again I would rather use a private company because there white glove service was the worst I have to be honest and say they guys was pleasant for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked in and Glori was so warm and inviting. I was inquisitive about the bed I saw in the store a few months ago. She was like we still have one, and showed me the bed! We walked next door, and as of the fireplace and tv coming out the door of the bed wasnāt enough⦠Glori connected her phone to the Bluetooth speakers on the bed, and blew me away! I was still kind of hesitant still but I really liked the bed! Glori began to explain the different ways I could take advantage of such a beautiful bed. We did a five minute application and before I could blink I was approved! The payments are way too affordable ! Glori was knowledgeable of all the programs this store offered! Job well done! I canāt wait to show my bed off and come back to take advantage of all the beautiful furniture this store offers! Oh and I got the set up and delivery package on the day of my choice! I had an excellent experience and will send all of my Homebuyers here to take advantage of this...
