Mother's Day heroes work here! I spent hours in Massachusetts searching Atlanta area florists' photos and reviews, hoping I would find someone who would hear my vague description and transform it to an artistic representation of love and support for my grandmother. I fell asleep while starting an online order, not waking until nearly noon ON MOTHER'S DAY! My grandmother (91) had recently lost the 2nd of 3 daughters, so despite my disappointment that they were too busy and I was too late for a same day delivery, it was still important enough to me that Grandma receive some beautiful love even though it would be on Monday. To my amazement, my grandmother called in less than 3 hours(🤯), thrilled with the beauty of her unexpected arrangement. My everlasting gratitude to the Beretta Rose for ensuring a day filled with sadness for those who have passed was also filled with unexpected joy and the reminder that she is still surrounded with love. This being my first Mother's Day without my mom, you are also my own personal hero, relieving my disappointment in myself for screwing up by "saving my bacon". I was quite disappointed with this florist. I ordered a bouquet for my daughter’s college graduation asking for red and pink roses. The bouquet was quite small with clearly older pink roses with brown edges. The bottom of bouquet was exposed with no covering or protection. I agreed to $50 when I ordered (before seeing the bouquet). But then $70 was charged to my credit card. When I called, I was told the additional fees are for tax and delivery fees. They don’t even allow pick-up. So the delivery is the only way to receive the order.i was never told about the delivery fees. $50 is already over priced for the bouquet they delivered and $70 is a rip-off. I could have gotten much better looking flowers from Costco for $15. I wanted to make it special for my daughter’s special day. What a waste of money. I would never go back there again. Please aware of the hidden fees and always ask for the total price including everything if you are to order from...

I foolishly looked at the wrong date for an important funeral. Being Sunday and needing something special at 9AM the next day, I didn’t think it was possible. I called as many places that I could that were open and none of them had the supplies or capabilities. I spoke with the owner and at first we didn’t think it was possible, but she went above and beyond and made a few phone calls at the funeral home and was able to get the supplies necessary to prepare the flowers for the funeral. I told her what message I wanted and she simply said “Don’t worry about anything, I’ll take care of it.” And she did, I arrived the next day at the funeral home and to my relief, the wreaths were beautiful and delivered the last piece of memorial for our loved one.
