Just went in to get bulbs for my turn signal and called before going to see if they could change it for us and the guy i spoke to said yea. When we get their RYAN bigger bald guy said they are not allowed to replace it becouse its electric and thats fine and all but the whole time we spoke to him he was completely blowing me and my girlfriend off. Asked if he could show us which tools to use and he was no help at all COMPLETELY BLOWING US OFF COULDNT EVEN SHOW US THE RIGHT TOOLS TO USE??? Rudest guy I've ever met in customer service. Should never treat customers as if they are gum under your shoes!! Something so little as to showing us which tools to use goes to show this guy is A RUDE B LAZY OR ALL THE ABOVE!! I've been coming to this store for many years now and I've had increasingly bad experiences. Not every time is bad, but there have been enough bad ones. The man helping me today had to tell another employee (ginger haired dude with a lot of piercings) to "be nice" after he made some sort of snarky sounding comment towards me that I didn't quite make out, which he said after I had been in the store for literally 30 seconds. He later made a sarcastic comment about my car's trim package. Won't be coming back and I WILL be telling any woman I meet to not go there.

Do not buy batteries from them! The original battery wasn't even dead when I replaced it for winter at nearly 8 years old. I just put the third replacement battery in my vehicle in the last 6 years. Out of the 5 batteries that I have purchased from them, none have made it to the 4 year mark, and only 1 lasted longer than 3 years (1 didn't even last a year). Unless your battery is less than 1 year old they will not even bother to honor any warranty. You have to insist that they look up the date of the battery, otherwise they just go by the sticker. They even admit that the sticker could be off by 6 months(it is actually more like 1 year). Also the receipts are printed with disappearing ink; they might last a year. Do not shop...
