5th Street Beach Stage — Local services in Virginia Beach

We attended the Kane Brown concert and everyhing was great. It was a hot day with a lightning delay, but the venue was a great place to attend a concert. My only complaint is the staff who are dispose to be helpful and be able to handle the crowd and have knowledge of their job. We paid for chalet seats which included early entry.When we got to the gate we were told to get in line with everyone else. After waiting in line for over 2 blocks and asking a few staff members about the early entry for chalet entry, we finally found someone who underdtood our question and knew to send us to the chalet entrance which by this time had no line and we went right into the venue. Biggest disappointed on American Music Festival concert 2018! It’s not worth to pay. Paid for family members and I for almost $100 total. Staff sucks! We stand up most of the time because their staff will not let you take a pictures, you can’t put your food on the table eventhough there was an empty table, you can’t sit or put your food on any other place and expected you to eat or pick up your food with your mouth like a dog while you’re holding one hand on your drinks and other is your food, and staff will let you stand on the side but they will stand infront of you blocking your view.
