We visited last night, Sunday 11/6 at 5:45 pm, right before closing. We waited in line for 10 mins, while 3 visibly annoyed employees were standing around the front area, facing customers, leaning against the counters, checking the time and huffing and puffing, rolling eyes. There were two guests in front of us, who we heard comment on this as well. Once we got up to the cashier, I told the girl I couldnāt see the menu because the annoyed employees were blocking the way. When the register girl asked one of them to step aside so we could see the menu, she crossed her arms and rolled her eyes and went back to her conversation. I told the cashier I knew I wanted one of the frozen drinks, she told me āWeāre out of those, as we do close in 4 minutes.ā I looked around behind their counters and everything was shut down, all the cinnamon rolls tossed, and their dishes seemed washed and prepped for opening for today. They had completely shut everything down. This was infuriating because the register girl made eye contact with us when we entered the line and said nothing to us about being out of anything. However Iām more frustrated that the customer service was so bad. Employees at the front counter facing customers rolling their eyes. They were 100% more worried about getting home, when theyāre being paid to stay til 6. I would have been more understanding if we had entered the line at 5:59. I let the girl behind the register know that it would have been nice if she had said something to us when we entered the line, because now Iāve wasted 10 minutes waiting just to get attitude from all the workers. This is purely mind blowing and I HOPE none of these employees were a manager. The experience was absolutely disrespectful. I work at a car dealership down the street, and we frequently shuttle our service customers to the Lynnhaven Mall. I will be CERTAIN to let them know to steer clear of this Cinnabon location since they seem to find this level of service acceptable, and seem to only care about what time their shift ends, even thought they are paid to work...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I was just at Cinnabon in Lynnhaven Mall and there was a bug flying in the case with the buns. I told the lady I think itās a gnat but itās a big one she used her hand to fan it out. I then asked for a bun that she was making and she says she canāt those are for the boxes they sell. I then asked if more were coming and she said no we have these pointing to the bug buns. I asked are you really still going to sell those and she said ā yes. I donāt know what you want me to do itās just a bugā.
Smh the guy in there with her asked her why I was leaving she told him a bug and he went back to what he was doing NO ONE THREW THEM AWAY
I come here at least 1x a week but...

I asked for the 4 mini bites(which I normally get) and asked if they could add more icing because there was barley any on it. They said they couldnāt do that because they were selling them now. I said okay Iāll take that and if they minded putting the icing on it when they put it in the oven so it could melt, they said no. Who wants to eat cold icing on a warm cinnabonš“. I also asked for a cup of ice water, then was told they didnāt have any cups, but they have drinks that require cups and I seen a customer with a cinnabon cup. I will not be returning or purchasing from this...
