box lunch may just be my new favorite go-to store! and not just because they have a great selection of things to browse but also because of the associates there!! specifically jenae (my gworll!) she made my experience fun, with her great upbeat attitude and welcoming conversation! it was nice to shop around and have an associate be attentive but not be down your back while perusing. kenneth too who I swear is the best!!!! by sheer luck and the awesomeness that he possesses, he picked out a blind box for me (I told him I was looking for a specific one) and when I opened it in store after purchasing it was the one I was looking for!!! all the associates were amazing, and it honestly felt like seeing your friends when they're at work (lol!) great store with great atmosphere and a great...

Terrible customer service. I had relatives visiting from uk. We were standing at what seemed to be the line at the counter and this lady who worked there very rudely came to us to tell us we were supposed to be standing at the blue line which we genuinely did not see. It was a small line on floor. She rudely asked us to go back. Mind you we were waiting for about ten minutes. It was not such an issue for us but man you gotta learn how to be respectful to your customers no need to be rude. The second lady at counter was seemingly nice and we told her the counterpart was not very nice. We saw them laught together after we left. If it wasnt for my niece getting stuff i would have left there stuff right there. No need to be dealing with rude disrespectful people! Need to improve...

So this place is amazing. You can find so many different items! Marvel, Disney, anime, Lord of the rings, friends, rug rats, Jurassic Park and so many more.

They have a ton of lounge Fly bags, purses, wallets, back packs, card holder and change pouches. Completely unique items. They have shirts, pins, journals, key chain, ramen bowls with chop sticks, hats, mystery blind bags lounge pants, fun socks and trinkets.

You have to go see for yourself! They man working today was very nice, not overbearing like some stores. Gave us time to browse and look at the items, but available for questions.
