i had a not so good experience at this location, i work in town center so i stop in here all the time, but i went in one evening to exchange a pair of shorts that just didn't fit right, i get up to the register and tell her that i need to exchange so she grabs the shorts and goes up to the rack where i got them from ok.. so then she asks if i washed them and i said no i did not because i tried them on when i got home from work and put them straight back in the bag to take with me the next day to exchange... so then she says " are you sure? because they smell like laundry detergent and they've shrunk smaller than a size medium " and mine were a size large and she kinda rolled her eyes as if she thought i was lying. she then proceeded to do the exchange gave me my receipt and walked away so i was confused and i said " am i good to go? " and she kinda just barely looked up at me and said "yeah" and keeps walking i felt very disrespected by this cashier i'm usually not a person to complain and write reviews but i was very appalled by this...

Went in with my wife and our son, I needed to exchange a pair of board shorts, I picked out 2 pairs and decided I wanted to exchange a second pair. I handed my wife the pairs I picked out and went back out to the truck to grab the second pair. When I came back in one of the employees came up to us and abruptly said “are you trying to do an exchange?” And basically snatched the bag out of my hand like we were stealing or something, we weren’t done shopping and if we weren’t in a bit of a rush we would’ve just left and went to the oceanfront location. BEWARE: The worst return policy, if you don’t have a receipt!! I was not given a receipt. When I tried to return the item, asking for a store credit, I was told no. I asked for a manager and the person said they were one. No flexibility for good customers. This was first time I tried this location.
