So on July 26th at 7:57 I checked out with Rosa who was extremely pleasant and helpful . I was kind in a rush because I was going out to dinner but a line is a line . The cashier it was on two , she was checking out a black lady and one of the products she brought I’m assuming she had interest they started a small conversation after the check out was complete but the lady who had just purchase apologized because she seen it was someone waiting next in line the the white lads with the glasses next to Rosa said it’s okay . Cool , then she tried to keep talking but she knew it was a line so the lady moved on and apologized again . Then the same lady said she had something to fill out so I still have to wait by the time Rosa was done I scooted to her , she waited 27 seconds and then told the white gentleman with one item said it so I could hear her oh I’m sorry I don’t want you have sit there and wait with just one item . Being funny … lol I had two shirts . I didn’t like what I felt it was the notion you can wait and the fact that other people were considerate of people waiting in line and not the people who work there . I knew she did it on purchase was it color could be or was it just ignorance and being rude and ugly doesn’t matter it’s customer service treat people how you want to be treated . It’s my favorite store I will still shop there but wasn’t cool at all and I knew she did it on purpose just to make me wait so she wouldn’t have to deal with me . It’s all good I held my peace and let it be why ignorance at some point will have to accept the truth weather you like it or not . The white lady with the glasses next to Rosa truly wasn’t a representation of how I feel...

We decided to shop at this location for my granddaughter’s school shoes. While waiting for the next cashier (Jordan Edward), she never greeted us. There was a defect/stain on the shoes. I asked if Jordan Edward would be willing to give us a discount. She informed me that they don’t give discounts for defective items. I requested to speak with a manager. She responded I am the manager. We decided to purchase the shoes to avoid a complete meltdown. My father innocently placed the cash on the counter, Jordan asked my father with an attitude to put the money in her hands. Afterwards, Jordan placed my father’s change and receipt on the counter rather than placing it in his hand. Jordan didn’t thank us for our business. I asked for her name and she responded with a snarky, rude, and disrespectful attitude. Jordan basically said in so many words, “They won’t do anything anyways.” I will never shop at this location ever again. I will make it my business to speak with a regional manager.
