I was in there today around 8 pm to purchase 2 soccer goals , the ones I was coming in to get were not available on the shelf :( I looked for the closest employee she looked it up and she said they were out of stock and Fresno and Clovis store as well , so I started to search the next closest store to see if available I didn’t care if I have to drive far , we’ll A different employee asked if he could help me find something and I said well I came in looking for these and I showed him a picture I told him last night it said there were 9 available but I don’t see any more He said he can go look and see if they possibly had one left somewhere in the back well I didn’t want to waste time and since I was already told there were none i went online thinking where could they possibly be available I needed them they were one of my last minute Christmas gifts on my list well he came back and showed up with two ! Omg that put a big smile on my face and I felt so much better stress free . Now that I remember he is the same one that helped me find soccer items I needed to get for my kids . I didnt see what was his name , but he’s in the soccer department, he’s very helpful and know what he’s looking for , he deserves more than...

I got a hat as a birthday gift and the hat size was too big. I wanted to just even exchange the hat for a smaller hat. I walked in with the hat and talked to the girl at the front to show I'm walking in with a hat that I just want to even changed. I even left it on the counter to show I'm being honest. After waiting in line for a long time because the cashiers were working incredible slow, the cashier said she can't give me an even exchange for the exact same hat just a smaller size without a receipt! I dont have a score card and neither does the family member who got me the hat because we never shop there, just looking for a specific hat! I told her if you can't give me an even exchange for the exact same hat just a smaller size then forget it, give me back my hat! She then told me she can only give $10 for it when it's a $12 hat! So now I have to pay $2 for a gift?! I grabbed my hat and said thanks for nothing, now I'll make sure I never come here to buy stuff! Workers worked super slow and had a bad attitude on their face and couldnt even give me good...

I wish I could rate it higher because it certainly has the potential. This is what I experienced.......not enough floor personnel to help customers find items they are looking for. I had to walk a long way to find sports equipment and then begin a search for shirts with team logos. I did find a helpful young man who walked me all the way across the store and show me the type of shirts I was looking for. Unfortunately, Dick's ad showed various team shirts.....but only carries teams located in CA. There was one other problem with their ad for various sports balls ( I purchased 3) ....it showed in large print 50 percent off . The balls were marked with red stickers and the sign on the display stated 50 percent off. Unfortunately in tiny lettering, the checkout clerk showed me that it said original price, not 50 percent off the sticker price. Very misleading ! After 2 hrs spent walking the store and looking for sale items for 2 boys, plus shirts with team logos that they wanted , I found what I could and paid more than expected. I...
