Stone swap was good, but what I got back was not the same ring I left them. I realize things can happen during alterations, but no communication about it. Before on left, after on right. Doesn't match groom's ring anymore. He offered to fix when I picked it up, but why not pick up the phone & communicate that the finishes got damaged? I was finally told to "take it to a better jeweler if I can find one". I will do just that.

My wife and I used J A Burgess Jewelry back in 2008 to make our wedding bands and then again 5 years later to add to our set. Our experience was awesome! Our set was completely custom made from wax and included gold collected from across our family; because we love things that are sentimental and special. We did all of this across distance via email and UPS and only just recently got the opportunity to visit their business location in Visalia. They do top quality work and I would recommend them to anyone !...

Came in after work looking to repair my gold rope chain the nice lady took a look and immediately went to work fixed my chain in under 15 mins and was very polite and welcoming she also didn't charge me and cleaned chain for free..I will be back great service and made me...
