Once in awhile when I'm done on main Street I love to normally browse the store and sometimes I find something well most recently I found a purse. Brought it home used it one time struggle to adjust the length on the strap since it was a backpack style purse I was unable to adjust the strap without probably doing damage to it and we'll it just didn't feel like me. Zippers were stuck not very easy to open I called the store spoke to a young lady said that I had 7 days to exchange. Now I understand no refunds but per the store return policy says all items Receipt are able to receive store credit. I called there at 12:21 on 4/25 and whoever answered the phone was the rudest witch in world.
