The goal was to go in and support a small private business: we did. First, the merchandise to a little longer to arrive when ordered. We only discovered it has arrived because we hadn't heard anything from the business, and we took the initiative to call and set up a delivery. Second, upon delivery, the associates assembled the merch in a timely manner and were already going to leave without leaving the entirety of what we ordered. One would assume they had a work order or paperwork identifying what is supposed to be delivered at each domicile. I found that crucially unprofessional. They went and found most of the other items in their truck. Which brings me to my third point: we were shorted one item. Now we have to wait for it to arrive. Forth, a piece of merchandise is slightly damaged. The deliveryman did point it out and started he'd let the store know. We have yet to hear from the business. I love supportng small businesses and understand how mishaps occur. Communicating effectively with your customers is very important to create meaningful revisiting clientele. I understand there are many reasons why the above may have occurred. I humbly ask that in the future the business do their best to ensure quality for their customers and communicate with them. I don't know if I'd ever go back. I feel we should be compensated for the damaged piece and tardiness of our missing piece should it...
   Read moreWe went in on March 27th looking for a certain fabric on a loveseat and sofa to which they had on hand just not in a color i liked. So carlos helped us order them in the grey we liked and even the pillows with the design and color we wanted. We were told it would take about a week to get them, It was originally suppose to be delievered on the 4th of april but was delayed then again on the 10th but carlos had to send them back because the backing was broken and he said they would be delievered from 3-4 on the 17th but when i called they had just arrived to the store and the person i spoke to said they would call us back with a delievery date. On friday the 18th my husband called and got a delievery date and time scheduled for Sat the 19th at 9am. We finally got our couches today the 19th, Carlos and someones else delievered them on time and even went beyond to get them upstairs and in our apartment the Loveseat fit perfectly through our door with a little pivet as for the sofa carlos, his worker, and my husband had to lift it from the stairs onto the balcony and in through our sliding doors just to get it in and they even put the pillows in place for us. If this isnt great customer service I dont know what is. Great customer service doesnt come without a little bit of issues if it gets resolved without fustration its Great customer...
