The Orange Works Visalia — Restaurant in Visalia

I recently visited Orange Works in Visalia, California, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. I opted for their pastrami sandwich chips and ice cream combo, which came with a canned soda and cost $14. Let me share my thoughts on the food, ambiance, and service.

Starting with the pastrami sandwich, it was absolutely fantastic. The pastrami was served hot, and the melted cheese added a delicious gooeyness to the sandwich. The flavors were well-balanced, and each bite was packed with savory goodness. The portion size was generous, leaving me satisfied and content.

Moving on to the ice cream, I chose the orange flavor, and it exceeded my expectations. The orange ice cream was incredibly creamy and had just the right amount of sweetness. It provided a refreshing contrast to the savory pastrami sandwich and was the perfect ending to my meal.

The cashier was very inattentive. She couldn't hear customers no matter how loud they were speaking to her. When my order was finally ready I came to realize she didn't listen well at all and messed up my order. She didn't repeat the order, nor did she give me a receipt so I could have checked the order immediately. When I brought up the fact I thought my order was wrong I was rudely told that they didn't even charge me for what I ordered and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of what I ordered anyway.
