I wanted to add my review on what horrible service this morning before coming to work today 10/11/23. I pulled up the drive through to inquire about the "free spicy chicken biscuit" that you get for being a rewards member. I was placing my order and the lady taking my order had no clue as what I was talking about. I literally had to ask like 4 times before she made me believe that she knew what I was referencing. I asked for the combo and my total she told me that the sandwich price would be deducted from the amount of the combo and I would pay the difference at the window. The total she gave me still included the sandwich. I get to the window and the young man that was giving me my order was clueless as to what I was talking about. The woman that he asked who I am almost positive was a manager, did not even try to help him with my order. He said "I need to scan something in your phone" so I'm asking where in the app do you need to scan. He was very lost and had no idea as to what I was talking about. He kept asking me the same questions that I had explained to the other lady at the drive through. The lady continued to take other orders and left him hanging. Out of frustration, I told the young man never mind because I was not explaining a 5th time and I pulled off and left. I was so upset that I was without breakfast and I had to go work hungry. I will drive an extra 3 miles before I ever in my life before I decide to come to chikfila. That was the worse service I have ever received at a chikfila my entire life. Poor customer service is a total understatement!!!! #I wish I could give...
Read more-The food is 1 star because I never got it -The service is 1 star because the worker in the drive through was either on the phone or talking with a coworker in her headset, laughing in my face asking me the same question multiple times because she couldn’t hear me over her conversation. -the atmosphere is a 1 because I placed my order in the mobile app , paid, and headed to the restaurant got here about 6 min after breakfast ended, got in the drive through just for that same worker to tell me all breakfast orders have been canceled (after finishing up her conversation of course). But it never got cancelled in my app….i wouldn’t have kept driving here if I had seen my order had been cancelled. So either the system connecting the store to the app is flawed or they didn’t feel like making my order. talked to the manager, he was completely oblivious I had to re-explain everything to him like 5 times and he was still No. Help. At. All. It sounds like he may be new and that’s fine but he may need more training or maybe he just didn’t care to help. -I had to drive off pull over elsewhere and cancel my order myself because IT WAS NEVER CANCELLED !!!!
And after all that what is just blowing my mind the most is the drive through worker talking to someone else while I’m trying to tell her the name for my order. Like hello?? I’m invisible? Oh ok got it. I didn’t know I developed a superpower while sitting in this drive...
Read more8/16/2019 Update - Today was the worse experience I've ever had a Chick-fil-A. It started when we drove up. There were team members outside taking orders before the cars reached the menu board.
A gentleman with a pinkish red checkered shirts approached our car and I could see he was carrying some sort of device and a menu. When he smiled, I stopped and opened the window. He greeted us with either a Hi or Good morning and we reciprocated. There was a moment of silence then he asked, can I help you? Laughing, I said, "Yes, we'd like to order breakfast." He said "ok". I asked, "may I see the menu and he said of course." Now I didn't think much of that interaction until later but it was important because that interaction was the beginning how this particular Chick-fil-A falls short of the Chick-fil-A experience to which I've become accustomed. He did nothing and said nothing "wrong". It just wasn't the usual "Wow".
We both order the Chicken Mini's. We've both had them before. These were definitely below standard. The bread seemed old and crusty and the chicken portion of the mini's were in the box but they were not sandwiches. Not the end of the world but next time I'm on the way to Waldorf, I'll stop at the Ritchie Road location for a quick...
