Lane Bryant — Local services in Walker

I ordered items online and had them shipped to the store. The woman asked my name and I assumed she was going to get the items. She came back and threw the bag on the counter. She verified my ID, hen snatched it back and tried to open it while asking if I wanted to try the items on. I declined. She then informed me that I was entitled to one article of clothing at 50% off for coming in to pick up my order. She then picked up my package again and said she would hold it while I looked. I told her I would carry it with me as I browsed. She acted like she didn't want.to give me my package. I had already decided that I wasn't going to browse just because of the way I was treated when I got there. Unfortunately, I have to return when the rest of my order arrives. I will be picking up at another location after that or just paying extra to have it...

I NEVER write reviews but I went here today and it was an the best bra shopping experience I have ever had. I don’t like shopping, and bra shopping is even worse and a big girl that needs a large band size. My friend talked me into going here and I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else. Mandi was so helpful the entire time. I didn’t know what size I needed or what style I wanted and she was so patient and friendly and was more than willing to go above and beyond. She helped me find the perfect size and I’m pretty sure I also found the best bra that I have ever owned. I’m so excited to know that bra shopping does not have to be such a tedious event and that the customer service at this store is phenomenal. Can’t wait to start wearing...

Wonderful service, pleasant atmosphere, nice selection. Stephanie was a great help to me. I needed new bras, but I wasn't sure of my size and didn't exactly know what you look for in a good-fitting bra, especially on large busts. Not only did Stephanie find my measurements, she also assisted me in trying on the bras - discerning which styles best suit my daily needs, checking how a bra fit once I'd gotten it on to hone in on my actual sizes, and showing me what a good-fitting bra is supposed to look like when I wear it.
