Kohl's — Local services in Wallingford

Staff was friendly and helpful. Product was easy to locate. The only thing I was very disappointed by is I was given a mystery coupon for 40% of my full purchase if I used my Kohls Card (which I did). I did not get the discounts on my Levi’s, Eddie Bower, Champion or Nike items I bought. Which that was most of my order. When I figured everything out with my Kohls Cash, the 10.00 homes coupon, the 40% off, and my rewards( which she couldn’t figure out how I could use them) my total should have been 160.00 but instead it came out to 264.00. I was not happy. Especially this time of year when everyone is trying to save as much as they can to be able to get their loved ones the things they want and especially the things that they need. I don’t know about anyone else, but I do my big shopping for my kids at Christmas. I save all year to ensure they get the things I was unable to provide them with all year. Kohls, you are a great store. Yet, you can do better in honoring the coupons that state on your total order. There should be NO exclusions. So this is why you are only...

I always enjoy my experience at Kohl's. Everyone is so friendly here. In some calls you have to look around to find someone to help you. Not at this one. You actively see people doing what they do and if you have a question you can ask and they are more than happy to help you. I understand lines get long there's nothing that can be done about that but at this particular Kohl's, I didn't wait in line. Any of the times I was there and if there were a few people ahead of me it went really quickly.

We were there this past Saturday at 9 am and checked out around 9:45 am. The cashier we had was awful. She was rude and too direct. I didn't catch her name, but she was a small Chinese woman. She threw our stuff into the bag without folding the clothes, but before that she told my mom to start putting the clothes in the bag, which usually they do it for you so I didn't want to bother her, And to make matters worse she was rushing us so bad that she forgot to remove a sensor thing from my daughter's shirt and now I have to go to a kohls near me to see if they can remove it for me. 😑 She wanted to wear it to school and hasn't...
