Great Product, showroom location is below average in service.
In our visit, two other groups were attended to while my spouse and I were left alone. We had to actively seek someone to help us and even then, that person left us frequently to talk to other co-workers. We understand that some workers might be new and lacked the training and working knowledge. However, our major gripe was the greeter who seemed very knowledgeable and attentive did not acknowledge us as we went in but regarded other parties (Caucasian parties) in the store. More groups came in after us and this particular employee greeted everyone else enthusiastically and made accommodations as a customer service rep would. My spouse and I are Asian and really felt discriminated against, especially since this senior employee were very accommodating to others. My wife and I decided to go to another LoveSac location (Corte Madera) and were treated well despite having a single employee and fairly new to the store (Thanks Jackson!). We purchased our Sactional in the Corte Madera location. We love the product, but this experience was borderline insulting.

I was then contacted with very short notice 2 boxes would be arriving on Friday. I told Amanda, the next delivery I need more notice,she told me she would be off and that she would pass it on to her manager, they would be on the look out through the tracking number, if there was any changes,Amanda then sent me an email with the tracking numbers. I looked it up, she looked it up there was nothing on the way. I went out today because I had appointments. I came home and budget dropped the boxes on the the street. I had to have a neighbor help me lift the boxes because they were heavy and I was not feeling well, my dream couch turned into a dream nightmare.I feel like a company who stands by their product should also stand by the process when something goes wrong. Read moreBought this during the memorial sale. The lady who helped us in store was nice and friendly. Her head was knowledgeable and experienced. We ordered our couch and was quoted about an 8-10 week time frame. We already knew we would be out of town but they told us not to worry. I received an email shortly after stating there’s a backlog on our covers so it’ll be September. Bummer. Then with short notice our couch was ready and sent out around the original quoted date.
