The food was great but the service could have been better. We ordered our food then 20 min later we were told one of the food items were sold out. The server should have known this be for we ordered it & she should have told us a lot earlier. After we received our food, she came back to see if everything was ok. I told her I needed a refill on my drink. We waited another 20 min (waving my hands to any server nearby without success. I guess they never look around to help each other out). Finally I had to get up out of my seat, track down my server, chase her around the restuarant tables & the bar area before she saw me. I held out my empty cup to remind her that I needed a refill. She obviously forgot about my request. My thoughts were why ask me if your not going to fulfill the request. & all the guest at all of the tables were watching me chase down the server. Finally result: good food poor service. It literally took an hour & a half for us to eat there. Don't know if I will go back. The tip was equivalent to the service I received. Higher wages? I can’t remember if I got my credit card back after paying for my meal. But if I did and I forgot it on the table, I would hope that my server would turn it in to the manager or lost and found for me to get it back, and that wasn’t the case. This person tried to charge my card with several transactions for more than $400, I’m just very thankful for my bank that they declined the transactions. But this person kept on trying and there where 3 more tries after I had my card blocked. I think these people handling credit/debit cards and money should place themselves in the victims place and think about what would they feel if the same thing would happen to them. We ordered food to go, only to get home with AN ENTIRELY WRONG ORDER! We apparently got the doordash order for someone. (Sorry Matt - whoever you are.) Called back as soon as we got home only to have the night manager tell me he would figure out how much to refund my card. Umm... MY ENTIRE ORDER IS IN YOUR STORE!! Refund everything but the appetizers and drinks!! And why will it take 5-10 business days to get the refund? Fire, I mean, coach whoever the night manager was on April 23, 2021. They need some basic customer service skills. The manager that helped me Saturday morning, im sorry I didn't get your name, excellent customer service. CPK won't be my first choice for pizza or drinks in WC.
