Overall, a negative experience. I was interested in one of their cars, and they misled and misinformed me all the way until I paid for a pre-purchase inspection (PPI). I am an out-of-state buyer and was counting on honesty. I was interested in their 1998 Porsche Boxster.
I asked many times for information about the tires, specifically the date code. I was told both over the phone, and in writing, that they couldn't find the date code (DOT number). But, they assured me, the tires are in great shape. At the PPI, the mechanic sent me photos. The date code is clearly visible, and the tires were 15 years old with no tread left. So, add in the cost of new tires - but, the bigger issue is that no car with 15 year old tires has likely been maintained properly. This is a big red flag, and having been given this information up front like I asked, I would not have proceeded with the PPI. The PPI found that the manufacturer sticker had been removed from the car, indicating a collision. Although the carfax is clean, this indicates that something happened that wasn't reported. The paint has also been patched in many areas...so who knows what this car has been through. I was assured by M Sport Motors' sales that the car was in great shape, impeccable condition. Just judging by the amount of paint patchwork, this isn't true. So, again, I feel misled by their representatives and taken advantage of when I asked about the car's condition. The car was not in good shape, with lots of debris, rust, etc. in the battery and engine bays. When buying from a dealer, I would expect a basic level of treatment and care, but this car clearly was untouched and not prepared for sale in any way. The PPI came up with a long list of issues, including oil leaks, filters installed incorrectly, cracks in the coolant system, and grooves in the brake rotors.
I would not recommend buying a car from here. The negligence on the sales team's part is frustrating. And I was intentionally misled on the tire age, specifically to get me to the point of paying for a PPI so that I could feel locked in to buying the car. I am taking the sunk cost of the PPI and walking away - red flags!
I spoke to the manager, Masud, who after this was discovered in the PPI offered to replace the tires. Had I been given true information when I asked, I would have made the choice to not proceed with the PPI at all. I assume that they are doing the minimum required safety inspections as required by California law, but this is not the level of service that I would expect from a "high quality"/"luxury" car dealer, and the condition of the car does not match...

I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a stunning champagne gold Porsche Cayenne Turbo from M Sport Motors, and I cannot recommend them enough. This dealership truly lives up to their slogan, “Drive What Moves You.”
From the moment I stepped onto their lot at 2605 North Main Street, Walnut Creek, CA, I was blown away by the incredible selection of luxury vehicles. They carry everything from Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Range Rovers, Audis, Jaguars, and Toyotas to hard-to-find gems like the Nissan Skyline GTR.
What made this experience truly unforgettable was working with Masud Puktianie, who handled my paperwork and sealed the deal. His transparency and dedication to excellent customer service immediately earned my trust. Masud went above and beyond, even showing me the very few negative reviews he’d received over his 15+ years in the business—an impressive level of honesty that’s rare to find in the car sales world. He genuinely cared about my needs and worked hard to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase.
Another highlight of my visit was Aamir, a friendly and efficient sales associate. Within minutes, he had my Porsche ready for a test drive, and within 45 minutes, I was driving off the lot in my dream car.
This single-owner Porsche Cayenne Turbo was a true find—low miles, pristine condition, complete service records, and a clean Carfax. It wasn’t even listed on their website yet, making it feel like a hidden treasure.
If you’re in the market for a luxury or rare pre-owned vehicle, M Sport Motors is the place to go. Their unbeatable deals, impressive inventory, and trustworthy team make the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable.
Do yourself a favor and visit them on your next car hunt—you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again to Masud, Aamir, and the team for making my Saturday one to remember! Highly...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. ZERO stars for wasting my time. They didn’t value my time even though there email says. Don’t believe there “Contactless car purchase” gimmick. It didn’t work even when I was pre approved from my bank and live 2,000 miles away. They will waste your time. I searched far and wide for a particular SUV with the options we wanted. From the moment I saw it, I wanted to make a down payment to hold vehicle. I’ve done all my due diligence before contacting them and wanting to buy. The sales person Hector told me “I’ll email you the contract for method of payment to secure down payment” TWICE and I never received it. Then he had the audacity to ask my email again after we had initially spoke via email then to text. Completely waste of energy and time, would not recommend them from anyone out of state looking to purchase.
He said that someone came in, test drove vehicle and bought it within the day on a Wednesday. I inquired about this vehicle on a Monday evening ready to buy, had payment secured with the bank for them by Wednesday and he passed me like I was dirt. They will only cater if you’re in house and show up to the dealership to buy. Poor customer service skills and poor follow-up. First and last impression.
Drive away!
