I’m so glad I didn’t let my nerves stop me from buying a package at Le-Pelle. Here’s my backstory: after losing 88 pounds, I was genuinely proud of what I’d accomplished, but the loose skin on my face made me feel self-conscious, especially in my late 30s. Mariza is my go-to esthetician. She really listens and always focuses on my problem areas during every session.
One thing I want to mention is that results don’t happen overnight. I say this as someone who wants instant results (yes, I was asking for too much). You’ll need more than one session, and you have to be consistent and patient. But if you stick with it, you will eventually see results. It’s absolutely worth it.
Now that I’ve finished my first package, I’m honestly amazed at the results. My skin is firmer, smoother, and for the first time ever I actually have a jawline! I’ve always had a chubby face, so seeing that definition is a huge deal for me. The best part is that friends and family have noticed, too, which has given my confidence such a boost.
I’ve also seen a couple of the other estheticians at Le-Pelle and everyone has been wonderful, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I was so happy with my results that I didn’t hesitate for a second to purchase another package. If you’re struggling with sagging skin after weight loss or just in general, I can’t recommend Mariza and Le-Pelle enough. Since coming to Le-Pelle, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my skin, and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. They offer a wide variety of facials, ensuring that there’s something for everyone, no matter your skin type or concern. I made the appointment, waited a week and half for my appointment, made arrangements to ensure I had daycare set up, all to have my appointment canceled 1 hr prior to my appointment. I was already on my way there, I left early considering where I live. A little traffic can be bad, so it can be a little over an hour to get there. I tried to reschedule for the 10th of May, but it's states that it's not a confirmed appt and to wait for someone to call to confirm it. So... I'm still waiting, nothing yet. It's been almost a week.
Luckily I found another spa in Concord, has great reviews and I'm hoping they keep their appt. But so far, appointment keeping/making here is not the greatest. I'm disappointed because I was excited to spend some money on myself.
