I have taken a class with Arianna here twice, one with my fiancé and one without. With him was an entirely different experience filled with micro aggressions AND outright problematic racial commentary. Here’s just a few examples:

Ariana singing and encouraging the class to celebrate Kanye “leaving your a** for a yt girl”. Truly missing the point - you’re literally celebrating Black women being mistreated. Telling my fiancé to stop dancing to his favorite song (through the mic for all to hear). I’ve never been to a class where the instructors discourage/shame people for grooving on the bike, and I’ve been to multiple studios While we were leaving announcing to the ENTIRE class “well they didn’t like me. Can’t please them all!” Maybe don’t single out the only Black man in your class continually in a negative manner without doing the same to ANYONE else. Lack of any self awareness and super unprofessional.

We took a class together earlier in the week with a different instructor (Charles) and it was a great time. This experience was out of pocket and disappointing and I’m regretting giving...

I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Arianna!!! (Walnut Creek) she is hands down the best SoulCycle instructor I’ve ever ridden with! I live in San Francisco and I come to Walnut Creek to take her class every weekend!! I always look forward to her class. Every class is an experience, not just a workout. I also love the crowd in her class. The energy is absolutely contagious and she know exactly how to push you past your limits while making it feel like the most fun you’ve ever had on a bike… Ari’s playlist hits at the perfect moment, keeping the momentum high and the motivation even higher….she also do an amazing job of balancing intensity with inspiration, always dropping those little nuggets of wisdom that somehow hit exactly when you need them…. No matter what kind of day or week I’m having, I always leave their class feeling stronger, more energized, and ready to take on the world. If you’re looking for an instructor who will challenge you, uplift you, and make you sweat like crazy, ARIANNA is IT.!!!! Can’t recommend her enough!...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SoulCycle Walnut Creek & Palo Alto Review Coming from LA SoulCycle, my expectations were sky-high—until I took Chris’s class at Palo Alto. Instantly hooked! His energy, his playlists—pure magic. If you’re not refreshing the schedule at 12 sharp, forget about it—his Saturday morning Soul Survivor class sells out in 3.2 seconds! But let me tell you about Franklin at Walnut Creek—an absolute beast!!! His class is now my all-time favorite. The music? Bomb.com. The vibe? Next level. Franklin brings the perfect blend of fun and intensity—pushing you to your limits but making you love every second. By the time you’re crawling out, you’re beyond grateful you showed up. Both Chris and Franklin bring passion, energy, and epic playlists. SoulCycle fam, you can’t go wrong with either—but Franklin? That’s my ride-or-die.
