Artisan Furniture — Local services in Walnut

I purchased a dining set through the middle man company that purchases through them and in less than 2 months the entire boarders of the chair started to peel horribly in areas that aren't even utilized! I clean the chairs super lightly and not even in the areas that are peeling..only where someone would sit on the chair! The dining table is supposedly "authentic" marble and has a sheen glossy finish to it. From a glare, you can see scratches everywhere since day 1 (you can't feel them, but you can definitely see them). The table is always empty with nothing on it. When we eat or use it we put a table cloth and place mats. I'm sorry, but this shouldn't be the type of quality for a dining set! I am incredibly upset considering I paid $200 per chair and and I purchased 8 chairs! And only after 2 months, my furniture has started to peel! Not to mention, the base of the table was chipped and scratched up upon arrival, but it wasn't so much of a concern since it's covered by the marble slab. In short terms, this is absolute garbage quality! My last dining set, was being way more utilized than this is and it lasted 15 years! I got rid of it because I felt it was just outdated... so this just proves the cheap quality that is being sold here! I've even purchased furniture through Amazon, Wayfair, and other online retailers that has lasted me years of WAY BETTER quality! They also do not stand behind their items.. most companies will offer a 6 month warranty. They don't even offer 1! The customer service woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and isn't accommodating at all. They definitely don't know how to keep their clientele! If you're looking for good quality furniture worth your money it definitely isn't here!! Save your time and money, and purchase elsewhere! There are plenty of other places that are actually professional and will accommodate you and sell you outstanding quality products that are...
