In general this location is just ok. They always have multiple flavors out of order, and it's a gamble of their dairy free flavor will be available. The staff is rarely polite, and they expect tips despite offering no service other than ringing you up. They certainly aren't of any help while you're there. When I visited with my husband this past weekend, we arrived a full hour prior to closing, only for them to closing, and mopping the entire place. There is a sign stating that the lobby closes at 10, and the store at 11. So, while I understand mopping and closing the dining area, the pathways people walk should be getting mopped while open. I use a walker to get around, and I was very uncomfortable and nervous walking around on the wet floor. If it was not the end to my birthday evening, I would have left as soon as I saw the wet floor. They are setting themselves up for a major liability by mopping prematurely. Not to mention, if they do their jobs right, they'll have to mop again once they actually close, because the amount of muddy foot prints due to the mop water and people walking...
Read moreWe walked in and no one was in sight. No one greeted us from the back or made any indication that anyone would be up to help. We helped ourselves to some cups and made our way to the frozen yogurt dispensers (most of which were dirty). The first two had runny yogurt that came out before I found one that was actually frozen. The ingredients were sub par too. All the fruits were old and starting to dry out. When we got to the counter to pay, no one was in sight, still. I was looking for a bell to ring when a girl came moseying from the back on her cellphone. She was on it most of the way until she got to the counter. She didn't say a word and started typing on the register. She gave us our total, we paid and she went right back to her phone and walked away. The tables were dirty and smelly. What a completely disappointing experience. And to top it off, the ice cream and stale toppings weren't even that good. Definitely won't go...
Read moreDuring my visit with my teenage son the was only one issue. The young man minding the store seemed to be a good employee was fine and very pleasant. My only issue with my visit here today is the gentleman came in behind us. He was obviously well acquainted with the employee working the store. While the employee went about his job, the other young man engaged in chit-chat using foul language. N-word several times and several other explicit words in front of me and my young son. I was outraged but decided not to address it directly right then.To his credit, the employee DID NOT engage in the same language. But I think he should have said something to his aquaintance and asked him to clean up the language. On my way out I suggested this to the employee and he seemed get it and apologized.
