This was the worst experience I’ve ever had on top of the fact that I was only the fourth car there for that entire building. I went to urgent care and they sent me to this place to get rehydrated and meds for what they diagnosed under their breathe as sinus infection. They told me they couldn’t hydrate me and then gave me a med shot that wasn’t supposed to be given to someone dehydrated. The first guy nurse barely talked to me and when he did he sounded uninterested and condescending. He bitched about questions he had to ask from the computer. Second nurse who took my flu test was great, but gave me that shot. Dr Supreet Singh was the worst, no interest either, no care. In the midst of me trying to explain what was going on with me and answering questions she literally looked at me and said I’m going to have to leave the room if u don’t… I don’t know what she finished saying but immediately I asked wait ur making me a problem?? I don’t understand I’m emotional bc I don’t feel good and u just made me a problem?? She left and the second nurse came in to take me to xray for my chest n I explained upset that I was confused at what just happened. She apologized and said they don’t want me feeling like that and took me to xray. She said it would take 40 mins so she had nicely turned down the lights and had me a warm blanket to come back and wait to. I curled up n 5 mins later the guy nurse comes in hands me my discharge papers. I was literally so confused I asked what is even wrong with me? The nurse said it’d be 40 mins? He said rudely she didn’t tell u? Um no I’ve only been in here for 5 mins! Um do u want me to go get her? I said no forget it this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Made to feel like a bigger shit than I already felt! They sent the prescriptions to the wrong Kroger. They put prenatal on the scripts? Ended up with a cough pill they didn’t even have on the paper. Didn’t talk to me about anything!! And couldn’t even help me get hydrated bc I clearly stated I’m having a super hard time doing it myself. Of course this will go unseen. Not like anything could or would be done. I’m just a number right? Thanks for the extra nonsense bc if I had the money I would have went n got over the counter....

The imaging department was extremely busy. I was taken in a little bit late, but not very much. The tech who did my CT scan was extremely curt and was not interested in my comfort or safety at all. I am on oxygen, and she moved my concentrator around with no care, placing it upside down, and pulling the tubing out of my nose more than once. When they did the part of the test where I was on my stomach, she had me lay where the pillow was over my face, and I couldn’t breathe because of the cannula being pulled out so frequently. I finally raised myself up on my elbows so I could breathe. I have no idea whether that part of the scan was any good or not. She did offer me water when I was coughing so badly. The test also had been designated as no contrast, and the other tech who was in there was ready to give me contrast anyway. The first tech did stop her in time. All in all, it was a much less pleasant...

Arrived early like they requested. Was sent out for x rays, by the time that was done, i reached my actual appointment time. Sat alone in waiting are for 20 minutes. A couple gets off the elevator checks and does not even sit down before someone comes out to bring them inside to see the doctor. One of the people apologized to the nurse that was bringing them inside for being so late. I’m still alone in waiting room until another person checks in and sat with me for 2 minutes and someone came out to get them. So finally after sitting in the waiting room for close to 40 minutes, finally someone comes out to get me. I get my vitals checked and then I’m asked to Wait again to see the actual doctor.
