I’ve been through many allergy doctors due to chronic illness, and I’ve never had better care than at OSU allergy Dublin. Check in is always speedy, the receptionists are extremely nice and make sure to update your info regularly. They also help you find your way around easily by telling you exactly what floor and suite to go to as the building is big. I also appreciate there are masks and hand sanitizer stationed around the building to protect those like me who are immunocompromised. I’m a patient of Dr. Brooks (allergy/immunology) and he has treated me better than any other doctor I have been to. He is very thorough with his questions and answers and takes the time to explain things in a way that make sense. He is also very accepting, understanding, and knowledgeable of different backgrounds that may affect the patient’s care, and has even gone as far to offer help reaching out to others at OSU for further help with medical issues. He’s also someone who is not afraid to admit that he may not know fully about a topic (although he knows so much about things!), but is very open to learning. My care team at Ohio State University - which includes all consistent specialists, my PCP, and even the nurses/lab tech assistants I've seen thus far, have been (to put it simply) amazing. I'm happy to say that the Allergy & Immunology Outpatient subset has been no different!

I initially saw Dr. Brooks at the Dublin location for both allergy AND immune deficiency concerns, and confidently rate his care a 5/5. Not only is his passion and expertise for his field evident at the very first visit, but he has consistently gone above and beyond since then to make sure all of my health concerns and questions are adequately addressed. He also excels in breaking down complex information so it's easier to understand/digest, and knows exactly which tests and labs to run.

The staff and nurses are also excellent - as they've all consistently been kind, conversational, and are evidently very well-versed in what they do. This kind of care can be so difficult to find these days, yet OSU has managed to exceed my expectations every time.

As you exit elevator, a desk to confirm location and provide directions if needed. There is a waiting room for each speciality. No need to check in again as they are notified you are there. The staff hears your needs and knows the reason for the visit. Medical history and med lists are supplied by patient for documentation. Residents and specialist interview and observe aided by any needed prior testing. Treatment plan is discussed. Very efficient visit for patient and effective use of staff time.
