I love Dr Lee, heâs absolutely great. Has fantastic bedside manner and sense of humor. He I give 5 stars!!!! Reason for only 2 stars in rating? Kidney stones are the worst pain imaginable. As a mother who has given birth, 1 with no medications and 25+ hrs of labor, terrible, kidney stone pain far worse!! Kidney stone was discovered first part of May, and noted it was stuck in ureter with no chance of passing on its own, and urine back flow into the kidney. I wasnât seen in the office until June 14th, Dr Lee wanted to get me into the OR the following Tuesday, but NOPE, gotta continue to deal with this until July 8th. All of this is unacceptable! I have pancreatic cancer to boot, I am already miserable so having to deal with a stuck stone for months is just not right! I keep being told that scheduling guide lines are within limits. Clearly NO one in the office has ever had a stone. Need to listen to the patient more. This thing is causing increased pain daily, pain meds not managing the pain, nausea through the roof! How am I supposed to continue until July 8th? Especially when I run through pain meds that was meant to assist with the severe pain from the pancreatic cancer. I soon enough be without any. Just...
Read moreFrom the initial walk into the Dublin Outpatient Center to the exit after my appointment, everything went very smoothly. The greeter directed me to the registration area where the necessary information was exchanged and I received my ID bracelet and then directed to the correct floor for my appointment. Upon reaching the correct area I was shown where to wait until invited back to the exam room--the wait was very minimal. The nurse who took care of the vital checks was friendly and efficient. Although, the specialist was delayed in coming to the room, he was very apologetic and during the visit, was not hurried at all and took time to address my concerns and discuss options. It was a very good visit. Again, they have the process from beginning to...
Read moreTheir scheduling dept is the worst. They show zero concern and zero compassion. My husband had a near fatal accident 2 months ago. While he was still in the hospital some brilliant person at OSU scheduled him for an outpatient appt at this clinic. He missed the appt because he was STILL IN THE HOSPITAL. When he was finally sent home (after 2 months), I called the clinic and was told by Ricky that I needed a referral from the rehab facility. I say, but he's already been referred, he missed his appt bc HE WAS STILL IN THE HOSPITAL. Nope, they won't see him without a new referral because he missed his previous appt. Clearly just a bunch of red tape BS. I have a feeling Ricky could have helped us if he'd wanted to. I'll find...
