Worst experience I've ever had with a concierge team, especially Carla Thomas.

Carla, the Concierge Manager, is completely unfit for her role. She was rude, aggressive, and completely dismissive from the moment we raised a concern. When we told her several of our packages were missing, packages that had been delivered to the front desk, she immediately got defensive and started yelling at us. Rather than help resolve the issue, she told her staff to hang up on us and insisted no packages were received.

Three days later, it turned out her staff had delivered one of the packages to the wrong apartment. Not only was there no apology, but Carla refused to take any responsibility. She acted like it was an inconvenience to her that we even brought it up. It was clear she cared more about saving face than helping residents.

Carla’s attitude is toxic and sets the tone for an incompetent and unprofessional team. If this is how they treat new residents, imagine the long-term neglect. Absolutely disgraceful. Avoid this building if you want your deliveries handled properly and your concerns...

Was absolutely terrible. No Parking anywhere. Was atrocious. It has no metro station near it. The staff is completely terrible. They yelled at my kids for throwing a snowball, and I was staying there, and he knew it. They never helped us when we attempted to do anything. We asked about the city and what was open, and they said “look it up, we are doing our job” the man was on his iPhone playing a game. Terrible. Never come here. I repeat...

They have zero heart or warmth here!!! Would never want to live or visit here. I’m 30 weeks pregnant my 2nd uber cancelled. I asked if I could sit in the lobby for 15 minutes until my ride came. I had it on my phone to show my ride is coming. I’m from out of state, exhausted and have traveling for 12 hours. All 3 workers said no, zero humanity. Run from...
