The customer service was so bad.. The lady working there in the evening 11/.27 /22 was really weird. She put a dark foundation on my hand and said that me and her was the same complexion. I told her that I don't wear darker foundation and she told me that was my color. I dont know what she experienced earlier that day but I would NEVER purchase a wrong color because some sales lady said. She went on to say she was the best MUA in DC! Lady you are NOT! I wouldn't spend a dime with her nor let her practice on my face. Too light or too dark foundations are both scary and not professional. Here is a tip lady...if you can tell its makeup it aint...

The store manager, Linda, at the Cathedral Commons location gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had!! She was so incredibly helpful and kind. She did not try to coerce me into buying any specific product, but rather focused on finding me exactly what I came in for!! She was unforgettable.
