We have been going here since my daughter's birth. We have the 9 month appointment today. Every time we go here, we have to wait hours. This place is just a waste of our time. Might as well go further and accept the commute. And the doctors aren't too great either. Never got any practical advice. They listen, but that's it. They do not have any added value. Google is more useful if you have questions. Also, today they didn't even manage to take her blood due to incompetence or lack of practice. I hate this place so much. In the four times I’ve been, I have always waited longer than an hour to see a doctor. Doctors are fine, but never apologize for the wait when they come in. And I never see the same doctor, despite requesting it. They are “in the process” of changing over record systems (for like the past year???) and never seem to know what’s going on with my kid. This place is amazing I been taking my daughter here for very long time, they are very prelesional and helpful, I don't know why some people want the doctor to apology for the wait very ignorant or complain about the wait, they need to but in mind that each patient has a right to receive the full services and some patients takes longer than expected so we should be very mindful of that this is a doctors office not a market .
