I had the best experience with DC420! They sincerely care about a great customer service experience and the gift quality! Michelle (the manager) was so easy to work with and knowledgeable and even the driver took a moment to educate me a bit further. He had spent time in this industry and had a great knowledge base and a vested interest in the totality of the experience. I felt like I had their full attention and they were focused on a quality experience for me. The coordination of the drop off and meet up was seamless. Michelle responded incredibly fast to my initial inquiry and subsequent texts. She was able to provide excellent gift recommendations, and she made it very easy to ask a few questions from my own industry inexperience. She was very patient with me and informative with all her responses, as was the driver. It was refreshing not to feel like it was a drop and go in a parking lot situation, but the drop off was just part of the friendly experience. Michelle offered locations that were easy to find and multiple times to pick up the same afternoon. The driver was there when I arrived, easy to find, the timing was perfect. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer! Besides the prompt responsiveness, friendly communications, reasonable donations for the quality of the gifts, access to well informed and great knowledge bases— they were not over selling the quality of the gifts! Quality is seriously excellent! I’ve made other gift donations since I lived in DC and no one compares in terms of ease of contact, responsiveness, thoughtful logistics, quality gifts and overall absolute professionalism! I just cannot recommend...
