I have repeatedly requested to have the online payment link sent to me regarding my protective order by the deputys. I have constantly been denied because the employees are not entering correct data on the docket regarding my payment time frames. I am being told that I have to wait every thirty calendar days to utilize the online third party payment system. Why offer that service if the employee are not going to adhere to the proper guidelines to service the customers? I last my payment on the month of the fifthteenth in which is now the exact thirty day calendar date. I am being told that, due to how many days in the previous month it depends when you can get the link sent to you. Clearly my payment falls in the middle month each month my payment is due on the fifthteenth which means I should not have a problem with how the calendar falls for my payments. I beleive the duptys want to inconvience people on purpose by having them come in person and not taking the time out to process the links or due their job and research to make sure information is being entered correctly on the docket. Also, the deputys do not turn the phones on working hours on Saturdays nor do they check the Landlord Tenant doceket email daily. I have been getting responses back later then expected which delays the time in getting information needed regarding my landlord and tenant case. This is poor customer service and unprofessionalism at...

I wasted the whole morning for nothing, when I was leaving the office to take the elevator another person with a similar case was talking to the lawyer outside the office in the chairs in the corridor YES the lawyer heard her and gave her the suggestion of to call an inspection, which I have already done but they didn't take the time to listen to me and sent...
Read moreI initially came here due to a corrupt landlord who wanted to evict me without cause. Without a lawyer I wasn't sure if I would have a fighting chance. I was referred to the Resource Center on the 2nd floor. There I met a wonderful lawyer by the name of Brian Rohal. For a year we fought the case. He was extremely organized, compassionate and diligent in his efforts to make sure me or my child would not face homelessness. He prevailed and won by a landslide!! Those corrupt property managers stood no chance. I will forever be grateful for the help he provided to me. Thank...
