DTLR — Local services in Washington

Let me start by saying , once entering the store I was greeted by security. HELLO HOW ARE YOU DOING? He was very professional and alert . I felt very protected. THIS STAFF IS AN AMAZING STAFF !! CHAUNTAYE , P , ASHLEY , J and TONY I would like to say that each and every one of these employees greeted me with so much Customer Service Skills. HELLO ! HOW YOU DOING ? HOW CAN I HELP YOU ? I am disabled and they all went above and beyond to help me . They all were very patient with me and help me , to be able to pick out the right 3 pairs of shoes . That was purchase for my grandson. Thanks to your workers for being team players and having patience, every time I come into this store. I am writing this REVIEW , in hopes that they all be recognized of receiving a Bonus and a Raise for doing an OUTSTANDING JOB . I will be back to this store next, week to purchase me a pair of...

Great place for athletic wear! Very friendly staff!! They greet you as you come in and give you a chance to view the merchandise, before they approach you. I asked the manager (Will) about the limited women's styles and he explained that DTLR is a men's sporting store, that offers a small amount of female fashion. Then went further to explain that in today's climate, a lot of things are unisex. I'm a little older and not necessarily into the latest shoe trend. Will made me change my mind! He told me to embrace more color into my sports apparel. Not just pinks! My cousin bought a pair of shoes, got home, changed her mind, then showed up 15 minutes before closing...Different set of staff...Same cool vibe!! Great job DTLR! I'm impressed and...

Went to this place over the weekend couldn’t really get any help only one working was helping customers stayed extra long in the back to look for shoes he had no help while another worker just stood around and did nothing I don’t know if the guy was overwhelmed or just didn’t wanna work I just walked out due to the lack of customer service and not able to find any shoes I won’t waste time going there ever I’ll just go to the mall where they are friendly professional and...
