If I could give 0 stars I would.Staff member was completely disrespectful and utterly unprofessional.Ordered my daughter a wing meal with fries added Mac ,biscuits and a 1/2& 1/2.On the site ordering online with prompted to select sauce Honey mustard isn’t a option.I selected no sauce and was prepared to ask while I pick up the food.The man had a complete nasty disposition with him and told me “no money no sauce”I tried to explain he rudely turned his back I told him just charge me for it he begins to yell.Cool take your food back he ask for a receipt I tell him I have the online receipt he tells me ONLINE ORDER ONLINE REFUND.Look 1 thing your not going to do is disrespect me especially over condiments stop playing with me if you would of listened I TOLD YOU CHARGE ME FOR THE SAUCE! He then says he’s going to call police cool call I’ll be right here waiting …..THEN HE PROCEEDS TO APOLOGIZE….& that’s where the issue lies you can’t be disrespectful stick your chest out be wrong and then apologize. Where is the police ?? Was I suppose to be scared ? I wasn’t disrespectful to you not one bit.Y'all come to this country illegally cool secure all types of loans to build businesses cool but then you get arrogant and think you can talk to people in a condescending manner ABSOLUTELY NOT especially those that SUPPORT YOU! I was an avid supporter of this business and y'all just lost my support/money over Pennie’s to an elephant ….You will think before you decide to scold the next customer….no the customer isn’t always right and i understand the environment but you selected that location and you knew the surroundings before you signed your lease so don’t come to a area and stick your chest out at everyone because you had a bad day! BEWARE!!!! I was doing an order for a delivery service and the customer texted me while I was picking up their food, to see if it were possible to add a drink to their order. I inquired with the main person at the counter whether that was possible. The guy then proceeds to ring up the drink and asks me to pay. I tell him, "no, I can't pay, this drink is for the customer. Is there a way you can open up the app and add the drink to their order?" He tells me that it's not possible and that the customer has to do that themselves. Okay, so as I'm waiting for the customer to finish updating the order, another employee comes to the counter and asks me what I'm waiting for. I tell him and show him the order on my phone, then the guy proceeds to ring up the drink and demands that I pay. I tell him, "I can't pay because the drink is not for me, it's for the customer and they are trying put the order through the app, so that's why I'm waiting." The guy, then ANGERLY tell yells at me saying, "YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY!!!" and comes from behind the counter to get in my face. I'm trying to show him on my phone the communication between the customer and I but he was like, "I'm not listening to you!!" Then gets in my face!! He was VERY aggressive, I felt like he would have punched me if people weren't around. He yelled AGAIN in my face and snatched the orders that I had already confirmed on the app and took them behind the counter. I was asking him, "what are you doing? I need those back, I need to deliver them. Then he tells me that I can not wait for my customer to add the extra item and that I need to get out of the store! Unbelievable!! There was no reason for that level of aggression. I wasn't rude and I honestly believe he got in my face because I was a woman. I felt like he was trying to intimidate me or worse!!! Please, if you're a woman working for a delievery service, please, please be extra careful when dealing with these guys, they are unhinged!! Dude was real rude. We ordered food and trying to pick up an order. The dude behind the front made sure all the dudes beside me and my sister pick up their order and leave while we was in front first. Dude at the counter never told them people to confirm but told my sister. So she confirmed the food but he was still holding her food that she paid for and keep yelling confirm. How you going to hold someone that is a paying customer food because she asks for him to check the bag and make sure the order that is being picked up has all there food. The food was marked confirmed and he still held her food . Wow only do this to women but never got mad at no man. He needs to be fired.
