At check out, I did not want to provide my email address. The cashier insisted and said that they needed it to complete the transaction and that it was only for internal “profiling” purposes. I asked what if I gave a fake one, and they said that I would have to remember it if I wanted to return the item. After further questioning, they conceded that I could just present the receipt to return.
The cashier turned very cold and nasty when I pushed back on providing email. And was arguing back and forth with me. And they didn’t need the email to complete the transaction after all.
It was otherwise a pleasant shopping experience, but of and when I buy more lululemon it won’t be from that store.

I went in this store because I wanted to get two pairs of pants hemmed. Candice marked my pants and was extremely precise in her measurements making sure they were not too short, you would have thought this was top model DC. Caroline was absolutely amazing to talk to and helped me pick out some other clothes that I was looking for. Also shoutout to Andrew as well with helping me check out after my card decided to take a break from shopping. Caroline, Candice, and Andrew are the dream team of lululemon.
