Nightly Spirits - Ghost Tours & Pub Crawls — Local services in Washington

Just honestly not a great tour guide. I’ve been on other ghost tours and expect a bit of cheesiness and always have a good time. I was super excited that this was both a pub crawl and ghost tour but unfortunately we had a very bad tour guide tonight. I don’t want to mention his name but the ghost stories were just not good on the DC tour other than one and he didn’t tell them well. I will say the price was decent and the bars we went to were very cool. One in a fancy, historic hotel I never would have gone into on my own. Unfortunately, 2/4 of the bars were closed due to COVID but I don’t hold that against them. Be aware of still traveling during and COVID concerns that a few of the bars will likely be closed and we traveled...

Katie K was an amazing tour guide. We did the Haunted Washington DC booze and boos ghost walking tour. Honestly she made the tour so memorable and we had a blast. Katie even stayed considerate of another person walking up and trying to derail her tour. Katie K is the reason we’ll be doing this in the warmer weather. She also took into consideration our comfortablity since it was freezing outside and kind of formed our tour around that and let us see the sites but then also talk about them in the warmth of a building. Katie K was the best! The tour she provided was fun and interesting, and we went to a cool variety of historic bars. She was very considerate of the cold weather and even modified the tour slightly so we could spend a little more time inside away from the wind. 100% would recommend for a couple or small group looking to explore DC with a pro! Also, as someone with mobility issues/chronic pain — we were only walking/standing roughly 15-20 minutes at a time, and we sat for significant periods in each bar.
