The current location (10/24/2021) shows a location on 1st Street off of G. This is one giant wall *below* the Kiss and Ride, and is not a good place to stop or to drop off a passenger. I have submitted an edit to google maps. What you need to do for bus passengers is to enter the garage from H St. NE (which you can't get to from 1st, so if you use the current location you will need some time to get to the right place). If you map to 101 H St NE, I believe that will get you to the entrance.

Arrived on a Sunday early afternoon to pick up my spouse returning from NYC. I had hoped that efficient planning would make it easy to use the kiss-and-ride lane to avoid paying for parking since I would be there for under 20 minutes as suggested. Sadly, the specific lane was blocked off with a metal barrier and signage. To add insult to injury, all of the covered parking levels in the garage were blocked off for rental car agencies and monthly parking. Lots of unused empty spaces. Five stars for a Kiss and Ride? I'm happy it's there and was easy to get in and out of. Five stars are really for the guy minding it, who answered dumb questions ("Is this the kiss and ride?") without calling me out as the idiot I am. He was nice. I appreciate him.
