I recently went there to buy a hide rug. When I was checking out I asked the clerk if they offered a veteran discount. He said "we sure do" and asked for my phone number. I normally don't like giving out my information but decided to give in a give for the discount. I didn't have a account and said I needed to give my name, address, and phone number to create an account. So still wanting the discount, I gave in and gave it to him. Everything said and done he said "You are all signed up, however you will get a discount next time, because it takes corporate several days to approve the discount" and I literally said "really..." He didn't reply back and just starred at me. Everywhere I go the veterans discount is applied immediately. I feel like I was deceived, considering he said he would give me a discount then didn't give me one in the end.... Maybe, so he could get all my information? I don't know but non the less it was a bad experience and I'll probably end up going else...

I looked up how to repair my busted shirt snap button on YouTube. The video gave a list of supplies needed for the job, complete with part numbers. I showed him the video with part numbers and he continued to argue with me. This should have been a simple issue to resolve but this employee went out of his way to be argumentative and combative.
