Starting 4/25/2021 there is a young lady at this location named Crystal (I'm not sure of the spelling of her name) and she makes this store great. Let me tell you my story. I don't know how long she's been there but she's made my experience positive since 4-25-2021.
I had placed an online order with the store at 2041 Rufe Snow Dr Suite 305, Keller, TX 76248 - Store Number 24329 on 4/25/2021 and had an AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL experience. I was out nearly $25 and never received my sandwiches. I then drove immediately to this store (6850 Denton HWY, Store # 14028) and had an excellent experience, all because of Crystal.
She treated me like I was the most important person on the planet, made my sandwiches, and made me feel like she cared. You just don't get that in fast food these days. Crystal is the kind of employee that makes everywhere she works better, simply because she's there. Crystal is the kind of person that becomes management and moves to a different store and you're sad, because she made the store you go to sooooo good. I cannot say enouh positive abou Crystal.
Crystal will end up owning many highly rated Subway (or other restaurant) franchises because she actually cares about her customer and people will take notice and flock to her restaurants in droves, because Crystal will not tolerate subpar service. Thank you Crystal. I cannot praise you enough!

Read moreHalf a star or less would be more accurate. I went in there during lunch and ordered 4 sandwiches for me and 3 of my coworkers because it was my turn get lunch. The guy making the sandwiches took forever, he definitely had an attitude problem and was nothing but rude to me! The other guy working there just walked away, I could actually hear him from the back because he was making a personal phone call instead of helping his coworker. After waiting for my 4 sandwiches for a little over 20 minutes, I tried to hand the guy $100 bill but he said that they could only accept $20's or smaller! All I had was $100 and no other way to pay for the sandwiches! Then to top it all off the guy was super rude to me again, like I had wasted his time and refused to take his cold hard cash or something. I had no time left to pick up something else for me and my coworkers before returning to work empty handed and we all had to work with empty stomachs for the next 6 hours!!!! Employees keep parking in the handicap spot, no plate no placard... I'm not over here policing the joint but my son is in a wheelchair. I need that space to transfer him as well as the ramp. I'm sure other guests with disabilities don't appreciate this either.
The last 3 times I've been, the bread is old and stale. After it's toasted, it's basically a giant crouton. Also, the bread at this location is different from other locations that I've noticed 🤷♀️ it smells different and tastes completely different.
While ordering recently, we were completely skipped over... in the middle of my families order. Then stood there and waited 20 more minutes for them to come back to ask what the remaining sandwiches were.
The store is dirty, the meat had been sitting out for hours (tasted odd), tomatoes a little too squishy if you know what I mean 🤢, and the lettuce out was getting pretty brown.
