The guys are very personable, engaging and informative. They have been in the pawn business for years and know their shit. Lastly, I'd like to add this: They are honest, and even though they have to make a profit, they are not going to try and take advantage of you, by cheating you out of what your item is worth.They will give you top dollar!!!
