We placed an order six weeks before a wedding that was held this past Saturday (09/11/21). The bride had gone along to pick out what she wanted for the three suits and one tuxedo (for the groom) including the color of the vest and ties. At that time, they were told that the order would be in two weeks prior to the wedding in case there were any problems with what was sent. In actuality, they weren't received until Thursday (two days before). When they went to pick them up they found that the tuxedo was switched for a suit (in black) and two of the suits were to be black but were charcoal gray and the vests and ties were not correct at all. Additionally, the jacket for one of those suits came in too small despite being measured. They did managed to get another one sent for him but when he went back to pick it up, that one didn't fit right either. The last suit was correct in charcoal gray but the tie was incorrect and they didn't have one on hand to replace it. It also had a large hole in one pocket in the pants and the waistband adjuster on one side would not hold so the pants were constantly falling down. We also found that all of the shirts were wrinkled and two of them had stains on them as if they were never washed. Initially the cost for each suit was just over $200 each and they did give a $50 per suit discount for them accepting the suits as is, like they had any choice given that they only had two days before the wedding. The bride would have been much happier getting the items as ordered instead of the discount.
As we all know, there is a lot of planning and decision making that is done prior to a wedding and there was no exception here. Unfortunately, the bride was completely let down because her fiancé did not have the tuxedo that was planned, the suits did not coordinate with the rest of the bridal party and there was no offer to even attempt to get the items in as ordered and make it right. We even mentioned the additional items we found out after the order was picked up to the clerk on duty on when we brought them back on Sunday but he didn't seem concerned in the least.
If you are planning your wedding or special event and will be renting suit(s), I would suggest you go elsewhere . . . anywhere else because getting what you order is of no importance to this company and you don't want to be left disappointed before...

He treated me and my brother like children and said he would be unable to do the return since the system was showing a the last four numbers of the debit card differently. I showed the man the transaction on the phone to prove this was the card used to make the purchase so his system must be wrong. He rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude about wanting to try to see if the refund will work with the card. After his comment “it’s probably not gonna work” he agreed to let me try. The transaction went through and we were able to get my refund. Their system was wrong and instead of trying to work with me, he tried to belittle me, disrespect me, and make me feel like a child, but at the end of the day I was right and stood up for myself and got the refund. Read moreThis is a very good store and the employees are quite helpful. I visited yesterday for the first time. I bought two great pairs of pants. High quality Calvin Klein for only $60 each. The reason for only three stars is because the store is under-staffed. There were only two guys working on a Saturday and there were at least nine customers. The two guys were very good and moving fast and being helpful. However, they could not keep up with the customer flow. As such, long wait times. It is not their fault, the store simply needs to add additional help, especially on weekends. The job market is tight so perhaps they are having problems finding help.
